Introduction: Managing vascular compression syndromes is among the most difficult challenges in vascular medicine. These conditions, a diverse group of disorders, are characterised by the external compression of otherwise healthy arteries and/or veins, as well as adjacent nerve structures, potentially leading to structural damage to the vessel walls and nerves. We have highlighted examples of vascular compression syndromes encountered in our department, including May-Thurner Syndrome (MTS), nutcracker syndrome, and anomalous origin of the Right Coronary Artery (RCA), along with their anatomical variations and distinctive features of vessel compression.
